tething works with everything but browser

Hey guys,
I've got a wierd problem with my s4 active. I have my computer tethered properly, I can dns lookup websites, login and download games from steam and in general do everything with my computer, except view web pages. When I attempt to load a web page it just loads a blank screen. Now the really wierd part is that when I use chromes search feature the google page loads with all the updated links, but if I click the link to say "android.com" it just loads a white page.

I've attempted to use es file explorer, pdanet and easytether aswell and have the same issue.

We'd have to know what's coming down the stream to give you a definite diagnosis, but it sounds like some kind of content-filtering to me. Try using different browsers on the computer. If some work and some don't, your carrier is probably trying to block tethering.
