Help text and draft

hi all

the wife and i got some allys and very happy with them the wife is having a little problem thought when she sends a text message it seems to be saying that its saving it in draft and it saids it also is there anything we can do , i did try *228 option 2 and it still is doing this is there anything to check for were new to smart phones so maybe were overlookin something
 
shes has the phone open and shes using the keyboard to text and when she sends she hitting the screen shes said she has try to hit ok but it dont do anything where is enter on the keyboard and should she be hitting enter is that her problem
 
xepicxacidx she had me do it on my phone and when i did it i hit the rt side of ok button and it highlights the send and then i hit ok and it sends i told her to do it that way when she is using the key hard keyboard not touch screen keyboard i always use the touch screen so thats why i was asking did we figure out her problem

The enter on the keyboard is on the left of the ok button and the directional pad it is a arrow pointing left
 
If i was to send a txt message i would go to start one type in the number/name that i want type my message with keyboard or screen then press send or enter and wait till it sends and go back

i try what you said to do and it works i have to tell my wife when she gets home much easy then hitting rt click then ok also
