Root Text caller after missed call?

Hey anybody have an app that will text or even better email a contact in my list that I am on the phone or unavailable? It would be best if it was able to do it both when I was on the phone and away from it.

Crap this is in the wrong section, OP if you can move me to the incredible root folder.
