Help text mess

i dont mind the stock version of text mess with 2.2 , but i would like to know if there is any way to turn off auto reply , me and the wife hate auto reply and if not which one of the other programs will turn that off , and is the lightest for memory use and i was wondering are they lighter then the stock mess which one is one of the 3nd party text mess is the best to use with the ally ?

Handcent SMS is by far the best it has so much customization, get all 5 font packs and go wild with it. When you install it you will get text on both text programs the default and handcent, so go in the stock one and turn off notifications and that problem is fixed. happy texting =]

so far i am trying go sms and liking it i ll keep the other one in mind that one might be better for the wife with the 5 font packs she likes to do customization for sure , as far as myself i did a couple of settings with go sms to save on the battery so the screen does not come on

ALSO if she liked customization make sure she checks in the settings, you can register with handcent sms and save up to 3 themes and post them online, so you can just one click change back to your favorite theme instead of re adjusting it all. i have 3 themes, like one for indoor use, and its hard to read outside so i have a pretty plain one thats big text, ect...
