Root Text Message Notification Time

Running FlyX .1final.

Incoming texts (not using handcent) in the notification bar are 4 hours behind. When I click the text the time is correct once the text app launches, but the notification time is always off by 4 hours.

I saw someone mention an offset??? Where is that and is that only for Handcent? Will that affect the time in the actual text app? Because that time is right.

This started happening to me as soon as I installed the leak 2.2 update, I just assumed everyone was having the issue. I know I have read some of the comments for chompsms and people are complaining about it. Not really Chomp's fault though, still awaiting a fix.

Its funny because it affects people differently. All my normal text messages are the correct time but on my lp message widget they are 7 hours off.
