Text Message Picture Download problem

[TobesEtc]

I was recently sent a text with an attached picture. I was abroad and Roaming was at the time disabled. The pic didn't download - although it did say "Downloading" below the message.

When I enabled roaming it still didn't download. Now I'm home it still hasn't downloaded. The message expires tonight! (so it says).

What's up?
