a few days ago my motorola droid, every time a text message would come in, the phone would speak the text message,and would let you know who sent it. Now its not doing that anymore. How do i get the voice text messages back.

Re-install the application you had that spoke your test messages.

It does not do this by default. It must be an app you had installed.
