This is on the most recent OTA update, no rooting has been done on the phone. Bought the phone new in May.
I had a lot of messages in my text messages. Over 13,000. I just never bothered to delete them. Never saw a point since I never got to the point of low memory and didn't need the space for anything else.
I've been using my phone like normal today, and at one point tonight when I decided to open up the messaging app all of the messages were gone. I've got it pretty much backed up with SMS Backup & Restore so that's not an issue. I'm just wondering if anyone knows what would cause the phone to delete the messages. It's never happened before, and I have never had any issues with the phone before.
Thanks a lot.
