have you had this prob on other roms because i believe this is a paranoid android issue and in that case post in the paranoid android thread at xda or contact lens_flare directly to report the bug...

I think it might be exclusive to this ROM. I just flashed Anthrax'd CM10 so I'm gonna see how that goes.
