Text Messages won't delete!

Me again... I found a load of old texts when I inserted my sim into my lovely new Desire. I deleted them...now their back again!!!

I deleted them again...and their back again!!!

How do I get rid of them for good?!

Bizzare, never had that problem...

.. a long shot but how about sticking the sim in another phone and delete them using that if you're having no luck with the Desire?

They weren't even on my old phone...I have no idea where they've came from. Their dated 2007 !!!!!

Under messages>SIM messages and delete from there.
