I just got this stupid thing over the weekend! I am receiving some texts but NONE of mine are going out. Ot says under the system updates says Status: Service Unavailable Code:500 but I can use the internet, email etc. Someone please help, I like the phone but this is driving me crazy. All Verizon says to do it factory reset and the *228 reprogramming and I've done both about a hundred TIMES!!!
I've received some messages but I don't know if its all if them or not. This is so frustrating, I can only text myself. That's the only time I get a delivery report. It doesn't matter what network the person is on no one gets my texts.
