Hi

When I am typing a text or looking at a text it changes from vertical to horizontal is there any way of stopping this as it seems to be now stuck on horizontal and I hate holding the phone long ways & trying to type.

You can either disable Auto Screen Rotate (Menu > Settings > Display > Auto-rotate screen).

Or, if you like certain apps having a landscape display, you can reset the calibration of the internal accelerometer ... may be possible it hasn't been set to know where "level" is, and hence rotates a lot sooner than it should. (Menu > Settings > Display > G-Sensor calibration)
