I have the Samsung Infuse and am trying to send a text message to my email to save it but it's too long. There has to be a way to do this....anyone? please?

All you have to do it press an hold on the bubble around the picture. Once the "message options" appears, press "attached items." Next select the box, hit save.
It will be stored into your gallery. hoped this helped.
