Help Text Messaging

[dlm80]

i use text messaging to contact my customers. with my old blackberry i set up a group with 100 or so contacts and when i needed to text my customers i just texted that group and it went out to all of them at once.

i just found out that android will only let me send the text to max 20 contacts.

HELP.

are there any text messaging apps i can use that will let me around this?

Ditto that, I can only text 10 contacts at a time with the OEM SMS App on my Captivate...

Try Bulk SMS - http://www.androidzoom.com/android_applications/tools/bulk-sms_faqu.html

Edit: Looks like that isn't on the market anymore (should be able to find it still) but this one looks even better:

its not the phone that limits this, its actually verizon so your phone just has the limit to make it easier on you.

were you using bbm before, if so, that isn't actually a sms message you were sending so you didn't have a limit on numbers

no it was SMS messaging not BBM. i was with Alltel before.
