Help Text messaging

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace II - on the main screen it is showing "2" on my message icon...I have no new messages, but it is saying I do. I deleted all threads, all messages, all logs and it is still showing "2". Please help, as this is annoying me!! :mad:
