Hello All,

I have been having problems receiving my texts and MMS messages. I took my EVO to sprint and they did some type of update, but I'm still having issues. Will doing a hard reset help? I do have a lot of apps on my phone, but I also have a 16gb sd card in it as well. Please provide me with any help on this matter.

make sure if your using ANY TASK KILLERS to make sure it isn't killing your sms and mms processes

Back up apps on appbrain and your contacts and reset phone. When u re install apps do them one each day ensuring that all is good prior to installing another app
