Text Notification on Lockscreen

Ok, this is driving me mad. I disabled multiple widgets on the lockscreen. When I receive a text it shows up on the lockscreen - fine. But what are you supposed to do with it ? SOMETIMES when I click it it gets me straight to the text in question. SOmetimes it does nothing ... WHen you click it, swipe it or anything like that, it seems to "enable" multiple widgets again tempoarily.

THe only proper way I can seem to get rid of it is just unlock the screen (which doesn't get you to the text though).

Anyone seen this behaviour before ?

If you unlock the screen before clicking on the message, the phone will simply unlock to your home screen.

If you press the message first, the pin pad (or whatever security method you're using) will prompt you to unlock. It will then go to the message.

That's the thing, if I click / tap the notification the lock screen just seem to change into some sort of multi widget mode and it allows me to resize the notification widget or scroll sideways, even though multiple widgets are disabled. I wonder if this is a 'swipe to unlock' bug of some sort.

I don't think it's a bug. If you swipe on the upper part of the lock screen at any time -- even without a text message notification -- you'll get the multi-widget mode. It just happens that the text message notification is on that top half of the screen when it appears.
