I want to save pics from text to my gallery, I just can't figure it out, anyone, someone, give me a little schooling please.

Go in your text message, highlight the picture (tap it so it enlarges) enter the menu (far left symbol on the bottom) tap "Attached Items" check box, tap "Save". It will be in your "Gallery" under "download"...
