text plus no phone keypad

I'm using a samsung 3.6 mp3 with text plus. Texting is working good with mobile phones in wifi areas. I can't get a phone keypad though. Any body got any ideas. I have a phone number given to me by text+

Okay, what happens when you try to open up the keypad within the app?

no keypad period!! says something like "warning not applicable for phone use" or something like that. Remember this is not a phone but a mp3 player

The app may be able to detect the device your using then as to why it's doing this.

Why wouldn't they tell you that
in the beginning

Im receiving phone calls that i have to accept by pressing 1. But once its time to press 1 it will NOT click it iv tried holding it down iv tried every number on the keypad it wont work ;'( help!
