Text search everywhere!

[aldeberan]

When I moved from a Windows phone I looked forward to Android and have been little dissappointed BUT....
One of the features of Windows was that I could free text search contacts and seince I have a thousand of these it was VERY useful. eg if I had made a comment that a contact likes pizza I search on pizza, their contact details come up and bingo - direct access.
I cant find a similar feature on any app. Sure they will find a contact IF you know what you are looking for eg the guy's name is pizza. Anyone know of a feature sonehwere for this kind of search?

Welcome to the AndroidForums, aldeberan.

Not sure about your question...I would think there'd be a way to do what you want. Try searching the Market or perhaps a well-crafted Google search.

You could also try posting a question in your device's home forum.

Cheers and again, welcome to to AF!
