Text-to-Speech application for Android?

I use the paid app called SVOX Classic. It has two US English voices (1 female and 1 male) as well as numerous other Countries. I have tremendously satisfied with this app. It is infinitely better than the stock Google TTS voice. It makes a significant difference in Google Navigation.

Same here, highly recommend SVOX. The app is free, but you have to buy the voices for it. Personally I like the British woman's voice. Much better than Google's default voice.

I installed the Italian+Female+Voice+v2.0.apk

but it get error.

"TalkaDroid" is a FREE application that converts text to speech. You can also change the pitch and speed of which it says what ever you type. I love it!
