Help Text-to-speech Extended?

I wiped my phone and re-installed Google Translate recently. Like before, when I launch it the first time, it prompts me to download and install "Text-to-speech Extended" from the market. All the other times before (at least 5), I found the app without a problem in the market, loaded it, and everything was great. Now though, the TTS Extended app doesn't show up in the market. Anyone know what gives?

I found where I can download it online, but I'd prefer not to, so it will continue to get updated by the market if updates come out.
