Help Text to Speech how?

Am trying to configure TTS on the Flytouch but I dont have the Voice Input and Output tab in the Settings menu, how do I go about setting this up thanks? or does anyone have Text to Speech working at all on their Flytouch 3?

Not tried it....but even if you do get the software working, the speakers are so poor you wont be able to hear them anyway

Ha ha ya right there about the speaker quality but on an external or headphones it sounds good. Its a bit strange that this is not available in the settings menu as it is there on my Droid phone. I did mange to put one of the other TTS apps on there and it works just fine but it didnt make the TTS available to other apps like Sat Nav which is the prime use forTTS for me. I cant believe it cant be done on the FT3 its just I dont know how to set it up
