Help Text to speech while driving app?

Can anyone suggest a good, reliable sms to speech app while driving? I need my messages read out to me and be able to reply too! I've tried a few but they are really flaky (I'm looking at you Eva, Skyvi etc).

I was sure that JB could do this natively with Google Voice but now I'm not so sure!

where as i am against texting and driving, i will always say be very careful when doing these sorts of things.

#1 the words may not be read out entirely as you want it, and then require you to check to see what it said.
#2 it is still dangerous and most messages are best left unread until you have come to a complete stop
#3 these apps may not yet work well with JB but you are more than welcome to try

i have never tred this but you are more than welcome to try.

i suggest testing this while in your home, just to make sure it works.

again i am not trying to tell you how to do something, just looking out for your safety, it only takes one time for a phone to become an issue when driving, and that one time may not end up so well.

just be extremely careful.

There may be ways to respond but I haven't looked any further than simply having it read the text out loud as I'm driving. You can have it auto-respond whatever you want. The most important thing to remember is to not tell your friends that your text messages are read out loud. I have my phone connected to the car speakers and it mutes my Pandora and reads the message. If your friends realize this... expect a lot of intentional embarrassing text messages from co-workers being read out loud on your drive home, especially not good when you have the windows down.
