Text to Speech

When I had my Thunderbolt, if I got texts while driving, I could just hit the text and have the phone read it to me. I tried doing that with the DNA and it said that it wasn't set to do that. It told me to check my voice output settings. I haven't found such settings on the phone. Where are these settings or does this phone lack this capability?
