I have the Samsung Galaxy S4 active. I purchased the phone new and unlocked. It is an AT&T phone but never on their service. I am on Straight Talk and had been on it when I purchased this phone and ported my number over. The problem I am having is receiving texts from people on Verizon. I have talked to straight talk and they reviewed my APN settings and said the problem wasn't on their end. I contacted AT&T (as instructed to do by straight talk) and was told that since I was a "pre pay customer and not post pay" In other words....since I am not a paying AT&T customer, they won't help me...Can anyone give me some idea of what to do?? I am completely frustrated!!!!
