So here is the story - when I replaced my OG Droid with my Droid 3 a few days after release, I began to notice problems with texting - I would either go to send a text (with full bars) and get a 'message not received' over and over again. Other times, texts I sent weren't being received by the recipient, or people were sending me texts and they wouldn't come through. I would need a test text to my own phone number, and then all the sudden an avalanche of texts would come through. I had it replaced under my 15-day warranty, and thought the problem was done.
Now, a month-ish later, I find that I am having the same problem again with a new phone. Never had these problems with my OG Droid prior to the switch.
Thoughts? Is this a problem that other people have had - possibly connected to the signal issues that the OTA update is supposedly going to fix? Any apps you could think of that might be causing this? (I'm using the stock messaging app.) Thanks!
