Help Texting on a Droid

I CANNOT use the slide out keyboard on the Droid, and the touchscreen is difficult as well. Does anyone know if there is a legit speech to text app I can use? The scant few on the Marketplace are not very good. I am not talking about text to speech, of which there are many.

install text-to-speech extended from the market place, then install handcent-sms (new). I use it.

If you can't use the slide out keyboard due to your fingers being too big, I've found I can use the side of my thumb nail.
