texting problem -ing g

85% of the time while typing g on my s3, an errant "g" will appear behind a word ending g with a "g". I think this from the predict feature inserting g a word before I am finished typing g it. I slowed myself down and was constantly checking g for it. Pain in my a$$. Then I gave up. I have let it become part of my ways. It still looks goofy, so....I thought I'd ask the world what their thoughts were and maybe see if there was a quick fix....or do i relent and let my "g's" have there way with my keyboard.

This happened on s3 stock keyboard and others. Currently using Swiftkey and, yes, it's there, also.

That being said, since the problem seems to follow you across different keyboards, I wonder if there is something wrong with your touchscreen, itself? particularly in the area of the g.

I have seen apps that show how your screen is reacting to touch, but can not recall the name now.

I am curious if you have the same problem, with the same letter, if you turn the phone to the landscape orientation and type?

I hope you get it figured out! Please let us know what you come up with.
