Help Texting Question

i dont even know how to word this... but its very stupid and prolly hasn't even been asked
but i was trying to send out a mass text this morning, and it only let me select 10 contacts
is that normal?
can rooting allow for more?
am i doing something wrong? 10 is kind of ridiculous for such a phone

I think 10 is the max for a single Text. I know my blackberry will allow me to keep adding and then send out multiple texts.
Its not a phone limitation, if I'm correct, its a CDMA limitation.

if you send mass text often, have you tried the group method? like create a group with more than 10 members, then send text to the group? i've not tried it as i don't mass text.

so i downloaded handcent and its not bad
