Hi 530 Lady, Welcome to Android Forums!!
Never give out personal info after receiving a text from a carrier that you do not use.

Your phone was working fine after you got that text right?

Immediately change all the information you can that you gave to whomever it was you spoke with at 402-295-5007. They just social engineered you. Consider all the information you gave to them to be in the wrong hands now. And change/cancel as much of it as you can.

I would call your carrier and make sure everything is fine with them and create/change your account security info.

What happened to you is no different than some complete stranger on the streets walking up to you and asking for this information. It happens a lot in various ways.
