Root Texting

So after I flashed the cm 12 ROM , I decided to go back to stock. So I restored my back up, but after I restored my texting seems to go in and out. The connectivity is weak. I've even updated the profile and prl and it seemed to make it worse
 
Try clearing the cache in the recovery,If that doesn't work.Then you may have to do a factory reset,And see if that fixes your issue.
