Help Textra: Can't receive MMS

Hello,

Ever since I updated my T-Mobile LG-G3 to lollipop I haven't been able to receive some of my messages. I often get an error message saying "Can't receive MMS " and to check my APN settings.
When I go to my normal messaging app I am unable to download MMS.

Do you have any recommendations?
This is getting very frustrating. The only pattern that I see is that my phone doesn't like long messages anymore.

Hi

Long messages can be sent as MMS messages. (depending on settings). If your APN settings are incorrect, you would not receive (or be able to send) them. Have you actually checked your T-Mobile APN settings?

Because its the same with Textra and the default messaging app, its probably not an issue with Textra.

Settings, wireless and networks, Mobile Networks, Access Point Names.
Open (tap) the selected APN and make sure it matches the APN you'll probably find on the T-Mobile website

Either that or ring customer care and ask them to send you the APN (not sure if they do that in US but they do in UK)
