Help Texts won't send

I recently installed the latest android update (yesterday), and now my texts will not send. i can receive texts, and send out to limited contacts, but with others - within the message box - the pone number appears and the text will not send. the loading window will pop up for half a second, and the message will be saved as a draft.

Any suggestions, solutions?
