Help tf300 keeps resetting since jelly bean update

Since updating to jelly bean over the weekend my tf300 keeps resetting, has anyone else suffering from this any help would be great !

yep...i just posted in another forum on here talking about that too...and hiccups while using playerpro for music...really kindof annoying...

I was about to take it back to the store! I never got to use it on ics, it just updated when i set it up, so I just went with it. Hopefully somebody figures this out fast!
