tf700 without keyboard still alright for gaming?

Hello tf700 community. I am currently wondering your opinions on whether the TF700t is worth purchasing, specifically for gaming/media consumption without the keyboard dock.

I am interested in using the playstation mobile app games (that is still coming to the Infinity right?) to play games. As well as maybe some of my PSX games using FPSE. and GTA 3 from the Play store.

Do you guys think that the tablet is worth the purchase without the dock? I was considering this or the microsoft surface, and the surface keyboard is quite cool. But I love the openness of the android OS, and the fact that there are actual apps for android tablets available right now. I am worried that the transformer keyboard adds some weight to the tablet and of course there is the price tag on the keyboard that I am trying to avoid. Is the tablet worth it for gaming / some business use, without the keyboard? Thanks for the replies in advance.

well for games, yes. for business, i'm not sure. i hate virtual keyboards so the dock is a must for me. i love my infinity. i use it more then my laptop now and in fact i'm typing on it now:)

i can't say anything yet on the surface tablet as i not seen one or have been lucky enough to play with one to make a comment on it. i know that best buy might be getting the asus vivo tablet (not sure on the surface though) Asus Vivo Tab RT Review - Watch CNET's Video Review

they announced that the tablet will be a go for playstation games, but i have not heard anything yet.

I appreciate the quick response. I dont mind virtual keyboards. I am considering using a bluetooth controller anyways for any serious gaming. I only hope that the news I heard about Playstation mobile games is true. A second question about the dock, is the sd card slot on the keyboard dock or on the tablet itself? and I saw someone posting that the tablet was able to use a 64gb sd card, but I read the max card size supported was a 32gb sd card. Thank you again for the quick response.

the dock has an sd card slot and the tablet itself has a micro sd card slot.
