Thank button not showing or im noob?

Hum I want to thank certain users for some of their work or guides but I just cant seem to find the thanks button..

Is it like adblock/noscript related? Because all websites are allowed on androidforums.com...

should be in the bottom right of the message of each user.

It should be right below the Like button right next to quick reply.
Should be showing up regardless.

It looks like this:

The reason I'm posting that is because on some forums it's different and in a different area of the posting area. Also, it's an image/link.. want to make sure you have images enabled in your browser settings.

FWIW, (and I know this is known among admin), after a quick reply, sometimes the Thanks button disappears. A page refresh brings it back.
