I don't understand how in the world you are the only person with broken recovery.. PG's and BobZ builds both contain 2init Recovery built in.. Did you side load a different recovery? Have you tried side loading the 2init recovey apk yourself? You should make a thread with your issue so we can talk about it there rather than spamming other threads.. just my opinion.

I would have never attempted l2einit install if I knew cm10 was supposed to have a custom recovery.
I also don't see how unbricking it right away since it is working currently will be any different than unbricking it later.
I may just leave it alone. Live without recovery and unbrick later if installing recovery through adbcan brick it badly.

I did this a couple of months ago when I didn't read the q&a about recovery using bobz, cm10 is cm10 so whether on bobz or pg they're basically the same base. You're gonna have to unbrick and then start over only this time don't do the recovery installation. Trust me you're gonna want to unbrick. A lot of things could go wrong and then you could get stuck...If you're worried about data loss or app loss just copy the data/app folder onto your ext sd or computer so you can have all your apps at least....
