Thanks for the huge help

I just wanted to say thanks to Codegerm, Doc and all the other guys who've helped me side I got my s2. I had a hard time understanding modems and the rooting process fit this phone but you guys were patient.

About a month ago I dropped my carbon s2 and did an insurance claim, boost or rather Assurance Solutions sent me a white s2 from Hell. The phantom keypress issue was massive and I mean like 10 times a day massive. Last Monday while trying to play music and text my wife and the phone started doing it again and I called Assurance, long story short they sent me a galaxy s3. Just wanted to say thanks for the help in my lovely journey with my s2 guys. I hope I run into you guys again, I'm sure I will
 
Sorry to see that you dropped your S2, and have them give you a white one that is malfunctioning, but at least they did replace it with the S3 which is nice.
 
I've only been on the S2 forums a cpl months but Codegerm has always been there to help! Even when I ask the same question over and over but try to phrase it a different way. Lol. Thx Codegerm!

He was the same way. I was also asking redundant questions but wouldnt know it from his patient responses.

I honestly would have been fine with a S2. it seems they sent it because of the hassle. I have been lied to and misinformed and told i would be sent shipping labels that never arrived. it was crazy dealing with Assurance Solutions. So many lies. but the s3 is cool. The UI is really like the S2. just subtle enhancements. Gotta go looking into the forums here. i want a 4.2 or 4.3 rom already lol.
 
i gotta hit the forums definately. i cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn on 4g on this phone

Well im always sorry to see a GS2 die but at least they gave you a better phone.
