Thanks to Trump's new FCC head, they no longer have any issue with carriers' zero-rating programs

The FCC, under Obama's lead, didn't have a problem with Binge-On at first, but some of the newer features started to encroach on their net neutrality rules. the FCC was also not a fan of Verizon and AT&T's zero-rating sponsored data programs but with Ajit Pai running the show, they are encouraging wireless carriers to commit to "permissionless innovation."
