Like Worm, I have picked up a Gnex. So far, I am very impressed, but I couldn't move on without sharing with everyone how much I appreciate the advice and fun on this forum. I learned an amazing amount and when stuck, there was always someone to help out, always. In particular thanks to Scotty, Yeahha and Worm!

I will keep coming back to check on things here, and wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

Yup, rooted right after I got it. I figured that the benefits of doing nandroid backups were worth the trouble.
