The android keeps calling me

Anybody know how to change the default green android image? I know how to set an image for a contact, but I want to set an image for all callers that are not in my contacts.

To my knowledge, it is not possible with a stock phone..

That being said, i'm sure rooted guys have figured out how to do it.

can't say this is correct as i haven't changed it myself, but i did change the phone and contacts icon using this method and having seen the green android image in teh same apk i can say these instructions are 99.9% surely the steps you would take...

you need to change the phone_default_icon.png file in the phone.apk drawable-480x320 folder, resign the zip and flash from recovery menu...

EDIT - you will most definitely need a rooted phone suing my method...

actually that is exactly how to do it

i just changed mine quickly and it was now my customized image instead of the android...
