The application phone process com.sec.android.app.dial tab

Hello guys am a new user, my samsung galaxy y s5360 dial tab gives a eror massage
The application phone ( process com.sec.android.app.dial tab) has stopped unexpectedly. i did factory reset though! and i also notice that most of the programes icon are not on the main manu and appear to be corrupted when seen on the MANAGE APPLICATION under settings.


please help me agently, thanks in advance.

this is a reply to make all you out there know i was sucessful
i downloaded
1.repensis
2.cwm 1890. zip
3.restart the phone on recovery mode
4.wipe data cache/reset
5.appply update from sd
6. run cwm 1890
then the repensis and voila my phone is good to go.

galaxy y custom ROM's were good but stock rom is always stable...
