I'm up at 4:30am, leave for work at 5:30, finish at 2:15pm. Leaves time for my hikes and light workouts to tackle a couple of stubborn arteries

It would be pretty sweet to be done at work at 2:15 - especially for hikes & bike riding & such, but not at the cost of my mornings. I'm SOOOOO not a morning person & it's hard for me to wake up & get going when the sun's not even up...

Two of my best friends at the lawn mower races today. The husband has been racing for a year now & the wife had her first race today.
I thought this shot was so sweet, he was helping her with her gear before the race:

The beautiful Skyline Drive in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia. We took two cars, the Miata and the Highlander. I got to spend some quality one-on-one time with each member of the fam in the Miata, top down in the clean mountain air absorbing God's beautiful sunlight. It was a wonderful day.
Trust me, it's the people I spend time with that make my Miata a beautiful car.
