While walking to the store late one evening last fall I noticed that the Capitol was lit up blue. They do this from time to time with no explicable pattern. Seizing the moment I captured this with my Galaxy S4. When I got home I was dissapointed with the quality due to the low light conditions. Then I decided to muck with the filters. I think it turned out OK.
