Help The Blinking Green Light

Whenever I reboot my phone, my indicator light flashes green. But I have no voicemails, missed calls, missed texts, GMails, or anything. Then it finally goes away after a using the phone for a bit.
This happening to others too? And what's causing it? It happened on my first Droid 3 also (it was exchanged due to a problem with the GPS radio.)

I too am so tired of the irrelevant green blinking light!
