The Call settings keeps crashing on A8 bypass

I have with me a Samsung Galxy A8 (2018), my boss purchased this phone from a girl, but she dont know the google account e-mail and password or the screenlock to unlock the phone. I am tryng to unlock the phone using a hole of methods, i try to use a blocked SIM Card, i tried to connect on the pc but the phone doesnt reconized. Probaly the best method to unlock this phone is via entering on the Call settings, but when i click on 2 seconds and customize buttons to enter in call settings, appears a black screen and go back to the keyboard settings, is there something i can do to resolve this issue?

Not trying to be funny, but if the seller doesn't know the Google userid or password or the screen unlock code how confident is your boss that the phone was hers to sell in the first place?
