I'm starting to notice that the screen cover scratches pretty easy. It keeps the screen protected, but I'm planning to keep it in the case for a good while and I will be staring at scratches.

Agreed, it does scratch easily. I have a pretty big scratch on mine. But I love the protection it offers. That would have been a scratch on the screen of my beloved Nexus 7

I have an i-Blason case for mine.

Looks like a standard book style case... has little corner covers to hold the N7... a magnetic power switch thingy (auto power off/on when opening/closing), and it pops off one side for "theater-mode".

All in all, I really like this case.

Pros:
Secure clasps. Holds it tight, can't fall open.

All plugs and controls easily accessible.

Came with a useless stylus... and a loop to attach it to the case on the opening side. Handy for a real pen.

Faux leather. Looks nice.


I do have a few complaints, though.

No portrait stand. Thought I wouldn't care about this missing... boy was I wrong.

Tiny little set of 5 holes for each speaker. It *does* muffle it a little bit.

Don't know if wireless charging will work in this case... yet another thing I didn't think would matter.

Faux leather is far cheaper than I thought. One 2 foot slide/drop skinned the corner of the case... need some fabric glue to fix it...

My Nexus 7 seems to run hotter in this case. I now regularly remove it from the case to let it cool off.

Maybe all in my head, but wifi seems weaker in this case...?


I have owned this case since March... about 2 weeks after I got my N7.

I wound up getting a new one. It's only $25 on Amazon. I figure every 6 months I'll get a new one.

i have bought this case for my nexus 7 (2013), it has an stand, so i can use it also as an TV for movies

most useful case on this case is that it has extra protection on the corner/edge, because it always falls on your corner/edge first and there you see it 'worn-use'

Hi everyone! I picked up a Nexus 7 2013 on black Friday and thanks to this thread I ordered a Poetic Graph Grip case. I like the case, but now I'm looking for some kind of cover, sleeve, or carrying case to put it all in. Preferably something with a pocket to hold the charger, and obviously large enough to fit the nexus 7 while in the Poetic case.

Any suggestions?
