Look at the pictures. Tell me the bionic is not the targa?

I'd say so, except for a few minor differences.

The speaker hole has been turned 90 degrees.
The rim on the Bionic is a bit thinner than the Targa pictures.
The bottom of the Bionic has a quarter of an inch of silver.

But besides those little things, it's most definitely the Targa.

Looks like it's true. It's def the Targa, just refined. I wonder, though, if that lil speaker hole is gonna be adequate enough. I love the volume of my Droid, and that speaker goes across the width of the phone. I hope it's hardware is powerful enough to compensate.

The Incredible has a relatively small speaker hole, but it can put out some noise. Even covering it up makes little difference, so I don't think we have to worry about that much.
