Help the droid collection icon pack

how do get these to work I tried using better cut but can't figure it out

I use folderOrganizer.

Change the app icon in folderorganizer then add it to the homescreen as a shortcut.

it's pretty simple actually
From your phone:
-download that zip file from your phone
-Find the zip file in astro and unzip
-move the folder of droids to your pictures folder
-open bettercut
-pick the app you want to change
-select the option pick from picture
-pick the picture you want and done.

or from your computer:
-download the zip file
-unzip
-mount phone and place droid fold on your picture folder of sd card
-unmount and open better cut
-same instructions from there.

Do you have to have better cut?

everytime i try to use better cut to change to messages or people icon i get the " the linked program is no longer installed" error. any way to fix this issue?
